Im currently experiencing some problems with my Blackberry 9900, so i tried calling the Vodaworld in Midrand, they have assisted me with the number for Blackberry, from 9am i tried calling them and they dont ever answer the phone. I called the Vodaworld call Centre and spoke to someone and asked the guy and asked him for the managers email address and clearly asked him not to transfer me, but seems as if he didnt care what i needed.
So my point is, why have a Blackberry outlet when they cannot provide a service to their clients by doing something simple as answering the phone, whereby i am paying for the phonecall and not them. I am really frustrated with Blackberry at this point in time.
