My name is Busi Letsoalo, I called mtn cos they sent me a text saying "Yello! MTN has restored your unlimited service on BlackBerry Absolute. Your service will not expire once your 200MB fair use allowance is used up. Continue to enjoy a World-class experience with MTN on your Blackberry. T&C's Apply. Please reply STOP to Opt-Out." Then a day later they sent me "Y'ello! Your MTN Blackberry Plan will be renewed in 48hrs. Please ensure you have enough airtime for the subscription fee to be deducted. Conditions apply.", so I then called to find out what's up should I buy mre BIS?? bt when I calld I got a consultant by a name of Tumi Choma that I couldn't hear it sounded like a party and who sounded drunk n was rude eventually I got angry! she didn't want 2 get her manger or forward my call to another consultant, then I called back mtn sounded still noisy, the consultant I spoke 2 didn't even put me on hold and me n my husband could hear other peoples numbers n problems, but the lack of respect they have 4 customers after the call, then I hung up n got threw to sum manager who didn't help me @ all and still waiting for his email address...
