Poor service!

So i recently had my Samsung galaxy S3 in for repairs at Vodaworld in midrand. After the first repair was not done correctly i took it back for a second time where my PCB board was replaced under warranty, which i was grateful for. Now as i am going through my phone i notice that so called 32gb Samsung Mobile Galaxy S3 is now a 12gb? So I would love a reply from both parties to explain the situation?
I just think the service delivery from suppliers who think they have the upper hand in unacceptable.
