RECONNECTION FEE

I pay my account manually because Autopage manage to mess my debit order around every month. Last month I called them after i had paid to make sure they had receipted my payment. The lady assured me all was fine, and my payment was not late.

The following week Autopage cut my service! I eventually got through to someone who could help me and he reconnected my service straight away.

They have now charged me a reconnection fee!! i am livid. so i call their call centre, on hold for ages and ages, got cut off. called back, waited and waited then a lady answered. while she was taking my number i got cut off again. how does a company in the telecomms industry not even have a switchboard that works?? the mind boggles.

i have since written to their customer service department via their website. i hold no hope of someone coming back to me as i have been through this before with this company and NOBODY bothers to reply to you or try to assist you with your query.

i have been with Autopage for about 10 years and have had more than i can bear from them. Honestly cannot wait for my upgrade to come around so i can kick them into touch.
