I have been waiting for Vodacom to arrange with Ram Couriers for my handset to be picked up so i can do my upgrade, i have logged a call its been now two weeks nothing has happened as yet, the handset is still sitting with me therefore i cannot do the upgrade until the handset has been returned to the warehouse. i have been calling Vodacom Customer Care everyday and no one can help me instead one of the agent gave me attitude saying there is nothing they can do about it if Ram is delaying the process really?
I am a paying customer here and they are not doing me any favours i have been their customer for years and this is a service i get, i am very frustated and annoyed with Vodacom right now
