I NEED ANSWERS ASAP

My airtime is being deducted without even making a call, when I do a balance check, it is always less, it was never like this, then I called the call centre and the person on the other end advised that it is because my Whatsapp, BBM, but I am on BIS, is that then not internet service, then I got the mail below. I then called the call centre again, and low and behold, I was advised that nothing shows, all is in order, but yet airtime is being deducted.

No calls made but no airtime, how do you figure that, I think that the advertising agency will love this, still being charged irrespective of BIS.
