While searching for a phone a link on Gumtree advertising the Sony Xperia for R 4 500 (with delivery on the following day). I got a response from the company, calling themselves "Mobile Cell Limited", and stating that they are based in Bloemfontein, requesting my details re the delivery of the phone, etc. I provided the respondent with my shipping address and name, after which he sent me a Pro-forma invoice for payment and advised that if I made payment before 12:30 on Monday that the phone would be delivered to me on that day. Payment was made, proof of payment sent to him before 12:30 - I hadn't heard anything back until I followed up the following day. He then sent me the tracking number for my package, which was being delivered by a company called "Skyblue Courier", whose website advised that my order had arrived at OR Tambo international??? When I queried this, I was told that they were out of stock and therefore had to request stock from their UK branch. The delivery date was then again changed to Wednesday (23 July 2013), which they assured me would be delivered by 14:00. I was advised at 11:00 on Wed the pack held at customs at OR Tambo, and that I need to R3.300 to get it.
