I called in to make am enquiry about a billing issue I had, where my airtime vanished and I had received no reminder of my data having ran out. the first call centre agent I had spoken to was rude and condescending. upon calling again, I was transfered to another agent without being notified. I was told that my complaint would be escalated and I would receive a call from the appropriate department within 24 hours. it has been 3 weeks!!!
