Data and SMS bundle not loaded!

Towards the end of April I upgraded to the Mtn200 package that included R200 airtime, 200 sms's and 200 mb of data. My billing run is from the 8th each month. On the 8th May I received an SMS stating my bundle has been loaded and 5 mins later an SMS saying that bundle has been cancelled. I checked and noticed that the 200 mb and 200sms were not loaded. On 9/05 I phoned the call centre and spoke to Sheldon who couldn't help me but logged a fault and said their turnaround time is 2 to 24 hours. This morning after receiving no feedback I phoned again and was told it would be escalated for urgent feedback. Well, by this evening (long past the 2 to 24 hours) I have still received no feedback. I phoned and spoke to Lerato who was as useless a call centre agent as I've ever come across. Needless to say I am p! ssed off! No data and no SMS bundles and 3 call centre agents with no clue. I need what I'm paying for... simple as that, and I need urgent feedback on this.
