Pathetic Service from MTN

Firstly MTN recycled my micro sim and gave a pathetic answer stating that the customer gets notified but i was never notified of the deactivation because i was i would have done something about it. i went on to log a query with MTN to get my data back that i loaded to SIM card - no 071 952 6972 i was told my the agent that the data has not been used a query has been logged to the technical team to get the data back and credit to my other number which i gave - 0718833705. My reference to the number is SMC00003641371. After numerous calls to 173 i was told by the call centre agent on more than one occassion that they are offline i have tried numerous occassion to call the call centre 173 and on option 5 the response is that all operators are busy please call again. On my 0718833705 number i have itemised billing and to date i have not received my itemised billing when i speak to the agent i am told that i will receive it and guess what i am still waiting but MTN debits the my account ever so quickly!!! Which brings me back to saying that MTN steals our money. PLEASE CANCEL MY ITEMISED BILLING. I cannot wait for my contract to end because i will NOT be renewing it!!!
