The service at Vodacome (Vodaworld)!!!
Long and Short of my complaint- I went to enquire about an upgrade and the service counter staff processed a SIM swap transaction on my account without any documentation?? How she got that right, remains to be answered by the management. Sad to say that, when I sought clarity with the (customer unfriendly) service desk agent I got an apathetic and condescending attitude from her. I refuse to be treated by any service provider as if they are doing me a favour. I ultematly escalated the matter to the branch manager, I am hoping I will get a satisfactory and logical answer why an unauthorised transaction was processed on my account. This is a clear service failure of the People, Systems and Processes-Anxiously awaiting for the outcome
What ever the outcome-Vodacom has just lost all my accounts after so many years to competitors who will not subject me to this unacceptable service.
