Rude call centre agent

I was called by a rude agent who did not supply his name, the agent informed me that he was calling to change me over to some new plan from Vodacom as a pre-paid customer for R99 per month. I asked the agent if this was compulsary and if it was a contract to which he replied "WHAT DO U THINK"?? I laughed as I seriously thought he was joking but I asked the question again to which he again replied the same! I said we'll if that's your response I think I need to switch service providers he laughed and mumbled something and dropped the call before I could say anything else. This is really disgusting I've been a customer of Vodacom since I can remember & never receive such service before! I really would like to switch service providers after such a person called me to be rude.
