COME ON!!! How hard is it to communicate between different departments???
Call after call and NO END, i too have a job that requires my full attention. I have spoken to the Data department and they advised that the issue is being dealt with not only ONCE but TWICE I get calls from the Billing department or should I say Vodacom Lawyer?? RUDE ABRUPTED AND NO PEOPLE SKILLS asking me to PAY. AS stated before the account is under inspection don't they communicate with the billing department / Legal Department WHY HAS IT BECOME MY JOB TO DO THERE JOB;??? "???

I have been a customer of Vodacom for more than 10 years and this is the first time I understand why other dislike Vodacom
So I ask please sort out the problem AND GET BACK TO ME
