Unknown contract

Hi, I received a call from a company called Elite Mobile a few weeks ago claiming that i had a cellphone contract that was pending upgrade. The number associated with the contract however, was unknown to me.
Upon investigating this at the Vodacom 4 me store in Fourways, it was found that there was indeed a phone number taken on my name that i do not know that was taken out at the vodashop in Nelson Mandela square on 4/8/2011 which is actually more than 2 years ago. Upon asking for the relevant paperwork that i would have signed at that stage, i was informed that i would have to go the store to fetch it, which is incredibly inconvenient.

Thankfully, i made a plan to go to the store on 9/10/2013 and spoke to a consultant, Freddie, who explained that i would have had to have taken out a contract in order to be billed. This makes sense, and i then asked again for a copy of the contract. Freddie said that since it was old, it would be in the storeroom and assured me that within a couple of hours a copy would be sent to one of two email addresses i provided. I also left my cellphone number.
It is now 11/10/2013 and I am still waiting for a copy to be sent to me. Not impressed.
