Hello, I am absolutely disgusted in Cell C Directs service. I have 2 contracts which i bought via them. i have been calling in for nearly three weeks now for a copy of the contract for both of them. Reason being is that one needs to go in for repairs the other was and I can not make a case without the copy of the contract. Why the contract is not sent with the courier I honestly don't know. I wait on the line for more than 15 minutes and when i get through i either get told the system is down, or to hold the line and then the call ends and I am asked to rate the service. Please can i get some help here. when i request this document from the Cell C stores I am told they can help me I need to get it from Cell C Direct because I purchased the phones via them. I need these contracts as a matter of urgency.
