i sent the terminated contract form 21 Jun 2013 to Nashua Mobile to be terminated 31 Aug 2013. On the form there are 2 options 1 to terminate servies and the other to port your number to another service provider. there is no mention of terminating the contract and keeping your number. That is my number that i ported to Nashua Mobile and i wish to keep my number. i called your call centre yesterday and spoke to Bongeka Matlabe who says she cannot guarantee it can be done. kindly note that this is number and i need my number back.
