I have tried for months to get Nashua Mobile to resolve a problem I have. Having been with MTN for 16 years I moved to Cell C around Sept 2012 and to date have had problems everyday with calls being dropped, and people not being able to hear me. No-one at Nashua Mobile can actually solve my problem. Perhaps Cell C is simply a bad network and no one is willing to admit it. I signed a contract that says I have to pay for a service - and contracts are a two way thing - if they are not delivering the service - surely that is a breach of contract.
It's not my Iphone as I have tried my (new sim given to me by Nashua) in an HTC and it works ok.
Thumbs up to the dear sweet Peter Elliers at the Nashua call centre who has tried so hard to resolve it but is not backed up.
