I am extremely dissatisfied with the service that I have received to date from Cell C through Nashua Mobile. I have 3 Contracts on the Cell C network through Nashua Mobile since November 2012 and have had endless problems with the service that I am paying for. The network signal is terrible, I am constantly missing calls and losing connectivity, on Monday 16 Decmeber 2013 a person tried to call me 16 times in the space of a few minutes only to get through to me once for a about 30 seconds.

Furthermore there is terrible signal at my house, I am forced to put my MOBILE phone in one spot in order for the signal to remain stable. This is completely unacceptable, I am really not getting what I pay for. I have completed a network investigation sheet 3 times but still no response from Cell C (so Nashua Mobile has told me).

I have had enough of this shoddy service and have requested that i be ported away from this pathetic network, but surprise surprise I have no feedback once again. I really feel like these companies have no concept of customer service and should be held accountable for not living up to the service levels that are advertised.
