POOR PERFORMANCE /BAD SERVICE

Job nr 355418051290828. Please can somebody help me with this bad service. this phone started giving problems from 26/6/13 the phone did have a locked sign at the bottom on the right sight and the phone totally freeze and I did send it in for repairs after 5 weeks of waiting the phone come back on the 25/7/13 but after we received the phone back the keypad started giving problems and also the fault was back again with the locked sign, I send it in again on the 26/08/13 after testing the phone they let us know that the phone do have a water damage and that we must pay for the repair. I was not sattisfied with that but yes I did exept the quote and they send it back on the 3/10/13 where they said they did replace the keypad totally and the track pad. On the 14/11/13 I did received the phone back.
On the 30/11/13 the locked key appear again and the phone stuck totally. Send it to Vodacom but till now no response of repairs and why the same problem for the 3rd time> Thats realy unexeptable
