Inferior products and passing the buck

In respones to my last complaint, i was able to get my upgrade done which was satisfying HOWEVER, my new phone which is just over 3 months old has already had the keypad replaced because the first one had broke. Any person looking at the condition of the phone will agree that it looks as though it was just taken out of the original packaging. I logged a service request on the 02.09.2013 to have this problem sorted out reference number S3-T1MQ-QNDU1 needless to say I have not heard anything from Vodacom since. I then called on the Vodacom shop in Eastgate Mall and was referred to see someone in Eastgate towers, within 30min a new keypad was replaced. Wednesday 18.09.2013 my phone suddenly stopped working and called in and spoke to a gentleman named Darren, he advised me that there was a problem with the network and some users are affect and other not i called again at 15:45 and was advised that there was no problem with the network and that i needed to speak to Blackberry directly. I called Blackberry and was advised by the agent that Vodacom is my service provider they need to provide the service and not leave me to look for the service. I AM NOT HAPPY WITH VODACOM
