No phonecalls! No contact number!

I cannot seem to make or recieve phone calls on my hand set.
When I phone it from a land line I get " number not avalilable " or a crossed line vioce mail which is not me!
All I want is a number that you can phone just to ask if there is a problem with the network! Then at least I know what the problem is. It is absolutely pathetic that you cannot find a number to phone and the numbers that are there don't go through! everything is automated with no options to speak to an operator or find out if there is a problem in certain areas.
First to take the money but last to take responsibility!
