Hi, I contacted Cell c direct a few months ago to convert my existing cell C number (0832867826) from Pre-Paid to Contract.
I received my Nokia Asha 203 a few weeks later BUT, my line has not been upgraded!
Instead they issued me a new sim card with a new number!
I don't want this and clearly told them when I signed up that I want to keep my existing number.
Any way I keep calling and each time I am told that Padama or Lizelle will call me back which they NEVER do!
Who do I turn to?!
