Vodacom's "Dino", left 3 messages on my phone asking if the 4G issue was resolved. He did not leave a return contact number so I could not contact him. The reason my phone was off when he phoned was because of the problem I am having with the phone, i.e. Vodacom disconnects my phone from the network without me knowing - so I donyt know my phone is "off".
The problem is still not resolved and Vodacom is not trying to resolve it. I again request somebody senior to contact me to resolve this. Vodacom has my details: cell, email and land line so mavbe they could try sorting this out finally.
After being a client for about 12 years, this service is pathetic.
Hopefully this time Vodacom will try contact me properly (use the land line as the cell doesn't work - hence the report).
