I was on holiday S Coast - I could make calls but calls made to me went to another person who says it his number. I went to Cell C Shelley Beach and reported it on 11 April. They closed off my phone despite their being a credit. Since then I have been given the run around despite numerous phone calls. I am 80 years old and my family thought I had been robbed and attacked when they could not get hold of me. My daughter sent an e mail query on Wed 24 - an automated reply promised a response which has not happened.
