Tired of not getting any service or help

On 1 July I phoned mtn customer care line (0831808) and after several attempts got hold of a consultant to help with my problem. (The number of the valid mtn service provider simcard is used in a tablet and can not be phoned from and I have to phone from a land line, if I put in the number from the sim as the number of my enquiry, it tells me the number is invalid!). When I then did speak to the consoltant, she told me that I have to sort the problem of a deduction made by mtn with my current bank. I left it there an payed the amout I owed via internet banking to mtn the next day. Today I get a statement from mtn telling me that I now have to pay extra for itemised billing and CLI. So now a 24 month contact I have with a fixed monthly rate changes in the middle of a contract wich I don't understand and secondly I never even asked or singned for itemised billing! Now again I try to phone the mtn customer care line and get nowhere because the number is again invalid! If I go to the mtn shop, they cant help me because they dont have acsess to account info and tell me to phone customer care! How must I know what is going on if I can not talk to customer care??
