POOR SECURITY MEASURES

I went to vodacom The Glen on the 20th July 2013 to upgrade, only to be told that i have already upgraded. when i ask them how that is possible because i have no knowledge of that and never approved any upgrade, i was told that on the 16th July someone went to Springs Vodacom shop and upgraded there. this person went there at around 2pm, I was at work at that time and therefore could not have been at springs.

WHAT I DO NOT UNDERSTAND I HOW RACHEL APPROVED AN UPGRADE WITHOUT MY IDENTITY BOOK AND MY SIGNATURE. I WAS NOT CALLED AND I NEVER APPROVED ANY UPGRADE. I HAVE NEVER BEEN TO SPRINGS IN MY LIFE AND LET ALONE SET FOOT AT VODACOM SPRINGS. VODACOM NEEDS TO SORT THIS OUT SOON AS I WILL NOT BE PAYING FOR A PHONE THAT I DO NOT POSSESS. IT IS REALLY STUPID THAT VODACOM DOES NOT HAVE PROPER SYSTEMS IN PLACE TO PREVENT . I AM VERY DISAPPOINTED :(...
