I had an ADSL line installed on the 15th of July.
On the 17th of July I reported a fault via Afrihost that the line was slow.
It was being capped at 1.6 mbps instead of 4.
On the 19th of July the line stopped working all together.
I once again logged the fault via afrihost but was advised to contact Telkom to see if they could help.
I have been on the phone waiting for someone to answer the phone for 50 minutes.
