I am disapointed with my blackberrry bold 9900, which is on contract. Early this year, my handset gave me battery/power problems and I booked it in. After a very long wait, I was given a refurbished handset to replace the phone. Yesterday, the refurbished phone failed to power up. I tried charging it, and did not come to life, its just dead. I am tired of these Blackberry shenanigans, and if I book this phone in, I will have to wait for ages again. I rely on this phone for business calls and email, and cannot do without a smartphone. If I had my way, I would have prefered getting a different handset for this contract, but MTN insists I will be stuck with such a poor quality piece of hardware until my contract expires.
