Hi Peter, last week Saturday I went with my spouse to MTN Direct at Menlyn to do an upgrade and she did an upgrade, so her new phone did not have EDGE since it was a Blackberry and the guy who was helping us gave her a store phone number that we can call if the EDGE does not come back which It did not and we called the store and they did not pick up from Sunday, then yesterday (Thursday) and we did not find the guy who helped us the first time so they warned him that we are around and I think he asked his colleague for her to leave her cell number so that he can call and fix the issue today which he has not, so now we have made up my mind, we are returning the phone and cancel the contract since we can't deal with incompetent and unprofessional people MTN has employed.
