So i called to cancel the upgrade on one of my cellphone numbers, the lady confirmed that it had been cancelled, i then went in store at your blueroute branch and they told me that is it STILL active on the number. I then got a phone call on saturday from cell c asking me what the problem was with the phone and that i should send it back to cell c... BARING IT MIND THAT THIS HAS ALREADY BEEN SENT BACK WELL OVER A MONTH AGO!!! i need to know exactly what the K is happening with this contract, i am due an upgrade and i want to go upgrade my phone, i cannot do this until you guys sort out your SHI*!!! I WANT WRITTEN CONFIRMATION THAT THE CONTACT HAS BEEN CANCELLED!! I WILL BE MAKING A COMPLAINT TO THE CONSUMER CREDIT ACT BOARD!!!
