Pathetic customer service

On the 31/5/2012 i signed up for a 24 month contract for a Samsung Galaxy tab 10.1 with altech autopage at the pavillion branch in Durban. in Jan 2012 the tablet would not switch on so i took it into the hillcrest branch in Durban for repairs. upon booking the tablet in i did request that motivation be put in for a replacement device as this tablet was not even a year old.the tablet went through to the repair centre and was returned after five weeks only to find that the issue had not being sorted out and the tablet would still not switch on. i then took the tablet back for the second time which was returned another 5 or 6 weeks later but to now discover that it would not charge so it had being taken in at the beginning of July 2013 for the third time. the repair centre now request that i pay R1215.00 for a new battery which i refuse to pay as the battery worked fine upon the first time booked in for repairs. My account had still being debited for this contract which i have not made use of since January 2013. i spoke to a manager by the name of Lebalang at the customer services division who makes empty promises about returning calls and resolving this issue. SOMEONE PLEASE HELP!!
