Repair for Huawei S7 slim tablet under Cell C

I bought a Huawei S7 slim tablet at the cell c via phone. I used the tablet for only 3months and it crushed, didn't work. I took it to boulders cell c store and they booked it for repairs, I was told it will be ok in 3 weeks times. I was not given the stores contact number for enquiries incase 3 weeks was over.

I got it back on the 5th December 2012 on the 6th the same problem occurred where by the tablet just switched itself off and could not turn on. I was not provided with the incident report when it was brought back to me and no one bothered to give me feedback on the matter.

I booked it in on the 8th December 2012 and I got the sms saying it will be attended to and the turn around time is 3 weeks. I logged a complain with the customer service by email and was told a consultant will get back to me in 24 -48 hours, until today no one has got back to me. I tried several times to get hold of the complaints dept and I couldn't. I left several messages with the call centre agents complain
