Ever since I upgraded my account in October 2012, I haven't received positive feedback from Nashua. I was offered a R89 per month data bundle which was on the same basis as the previous one where I was paying R250 per month. I continued to pay R250 per month whilst waiting for the recon. I have been sending several e-mails of complaints but they seem to be lending on deaf ears. My account is blocked again due to non-payment and as far as I know, I do not owe them.
