Took Acer Iconia tablet back for repairs/ replacement under warranty.
I was told that it will take 2 weeks for repair or replacement. After almost 3 weeks I was told that I needed to wait another 5 days before the replacement tablet will be available. This was after I have been to the store personally and was told that the tablet will be available today, 1 March 2013. I asked for the tablet to be swapped out with that is in stock and for some unknown reason it wasn't possible.
The best of all is that I bought 3 of these tablets during December 2012 from this store and this is the quality of service you get? In future I will rather pay more at another store than buy from them again. I will also do my best to influence friends and other people not to buy from Matrix.
