I gave my fone to mtn promenade to book in for repairs. They sealed the phone infront of me.
When my phone came back from montague it doesn't go on only shows a spanner on screen.the phone did freeze and the charger was slightly giving a problem. The repair center said the phone is beyond ecanomical repair. But I sent it away working, I still listened to music before I booked it in.it came back with the soft volume button on the side not working and doesn't go on anymore. They did break my fone. I will not accept this and if its not sorted out I will put it in the voice and put my lawyer on and my lawyer can sort it out. This is the 3rd time sending this fone away for the same problems, and onli have the fone6months.how can I accept a totaly broken fone back when I gave it working. Its a sony ericson H/H xperia TLT30p blk (imei no : 353861052517107).who ever did work on my fone or assess it at the repair center did destroy my fonand I will NOT leave it like this. I am furious as this is raly pathetic, they didn't have to fix the freezing and charging pin, bu it should have come back in the working condition I gave it in, the consultant at mtn did c that the fone did work when I gave it.
