I had a contract with Autopage which I phoned to cancel. I was told that the last day of the contract will be on 28 June and I must make sure all minutes have been used by the 28th. On the morning of the 26th I wanted to use the phone and I could not as it was disconnected already. However the full amount was deducted from my bank account. As I was given incorrect information by your company I want a refund on the minutes I did not use by the 28th as it was disconnected earlier than it should have been done.
