Second time complaint of the same thing

On the second of this month if I'm not mistaken I made a complaint regarding my over billed contract with Vodacom, they investigated the matter and the answer I got was I subscribed to something which has a double confirmation registry which I know its a because they cant provide me with a proof of that or were I signed for that and they cant even refund me my money, then they unsubscribed me from whatever that is that makes my premium high, now today 2013-07-18 I received my letter as usual for every month.

Now really I'm speechless I don't know what to do anymore because they said they cancelled that thing but this month here it is again I'm suppose to pay R 344.99 instead of R 149.00, so what makes me even more angry is when I called Voda customer care the lady I spoke with she told that the reason it is there is because it was cancelled this month so I'm gonna have to pay for it this month again.
