I'm on Mygig2 contract which has 2Gig free night owl that I took last year with Vodacom, everything was fine until February when I'm billed more than what I signed for, when I went to voda store where I took contract at one of their consultant told me that when using night owl and you exceed your 2Gig you will be charged for data used, that explanation made sense but the following month same thing happens again and the month after till now that its still happening even though I didn't use all my data bundle. so due to my demanding job I wasn't able to launch a complain because I'm always away.

Today I had a chance finally to call voda customer care then they told me that there's a subscription on that I took, when I tell them that I have never subscribed to anything then they gave a number to call by the company named Opera Telecom (0841942222) they told that I subscribed for flexi bar which charges R7 per day but it was unsubscribed last month on the 24 when I ask by who? there was no answer that's all they see on their system, then I asked them for refund for all the months they said on the sms they will send me there will be a link where I can open, but that wasn't the case
