My complaint with Alltech Autopage persists. I complained about their service. Nothing was done. I logged a Complaint on Hello Peter they didn't phone me. I went to their shop in Rustenburg at Square Spar. They said that I must phone their Customer Service Department. I did so, and was on the line there for 1 hour. While I was on the phone I drove to the store and gave the phone to one of their agents there and told them to cancel my contract with them. they then said I must do it online with there head office. So then I told the one man that I'm not going to phone them and stay on the line again for hours. They then also phoned my wife to find out about the payment of the outstanding amount. and she was told that the account has not been cancelled and was told its a big company we need to hold on so long to be assisted. now more intrest has been loaded onto my account and all they want is their money I have been with them for very long and this how a loyal customer gets treated. This is the poorest service I have ever seen.
