I have been trying for 6 weeks now to get Virgin Mobile to re-activate my voice mail service. Incredibly, in spite of numerous phone calls to the call center, Virgin are unable to rectify the situation. I cannot believe the high level of incompetence. I rely on voice mail for important business calls.
Having just once again called the help center, in stead of speaking to a consultant, I was put through to the 'rate our service' survey.
If I could persuade ICASA, I would ask them to cancel Virgin's license. Not only is the customer service bad, the help desk useless but the reception is also appalling.
My advice to anyone considering going with Virgin, DON"T!!!
