My parents both have vodacom pre paid phones that stopped working last night. (No Network Coverage). When i phoned to report this matter to Vodacom, they told me that they could not even escalate the issue because they need a minimum of 4 people with the same issue before this matter can get looked at. This is beyond pathetic and is not the way that customer services get handled. As my folks need to use their numbers for work, and with Vodocam not interested in assisting them, I have instructed them to go to MTN and port their numbers to a network that might pay attention to their issues. It seems that if you are not a Vodacom Contract customer, you will get second rate treatment... pathetic!
