Issue taking long to be resloved :(

My account cell no. 0825011305 has been subject to where an upggrade and sim swap was done without my knowledge. I reported this to vodacom when i realized it after an amount of R4, 557.14 was debited from my account on the 27/05/2013 instead of the usual R185. This is when i was told of the upgrade that i supposedly did on 15/04/13. I explained to Vodacom that i didn't do any upgrdade or sim swap and therefore was not responsible for the charges. I was told to fax affidavits stating all that which i did. I went to the bank to reverse the debit order because i needed the money and vodacom was taking too long. They told me they suspended the account and they are investigating. After some days i recieved a call from a lady named Irene at vodacom (cell 0822779490) who said she was handling my case and will let me know the progress. Now on June 27th vodacom debited R5, 088.94 from my same account. I went to reverse the money immediately meaning more bank charges on my side. I'm really shocked at the amount of time it's taking to get this resolved. I can't get hold of Irene and the call centre is useless as u are tranfered from 1 person to another. i emailed vodacom complaints but
