I would like to refer to the compliant (https:///cell-c/complaints/cellphone-reception-is-a-myth-service-as-well-1115740) logged on 16 June 2013. It is now a month later and, except for calls that (1) promised us a follow up, (2) that someone somewhere is upgrading towers and (3) telling us to close the Hello Peter complaint because of SLA's, NOTHING has changed. Cell C, could you be so kind as to tell me why I need to pay you for a non existant or extremely intermittant service? We have complained, asked and been on Hello Peter, and still we get the proverbial middle finger. Clearly you are not very good at delivering on your promises.
