My debit order for Vodacom came off today and Vodacom has billed me for more than 1 billion megabite download = 18, 000 data usage bill. despite phoning every department at Vodacom and logging an investigation and going to my bank - taking the whole morning off work to deal with this. NOT ONE PERSON CAN REVERSE THESE CHARGES. all of the people at Vodacom have agreed these charges are crazy. But now my account is in arrears, I have a strike against my credit and no money to live on for the rest of this month. This is UNACCEPTABLE.
