POOR SERVICE!!

Totally disgusted in the service provided by vodacom.
last year June, i had to pay a security deposit on my vodacom account, which was supposed to be paid into my personal bank account 6 months later (December 2013) as this was only to secure that i pay on time.
nothing happened.
i contacted vodacom in January, they said it would take place in 14 working days MAX. (7Jan- 27 Jan).
i called last Friday (24th Jan) to remind them of the payment, which they then said would take place on Monday the 27th. i called today only to find that the amount im supposed to be refunded has still not been done and that they would submit it through to the supervisor. apparently vodacom will not debit your bank account if your account is in credit, which my account has been debited! and the amount that was due to me TODAY will now be less my january statement, apparently because vodacom cant debit your bank account if you are in credit with them. why have i been debited monthly if this is the case and why is this payment taking so long when i was told 7-14 MAX WORKING DAYS!!!
