One2One-MTN playing blaming game for lost airtime

After a sim swap my airtime was gone, MTN (one2one) said that it was taken by AgriGIS and Worldplay. I contacted them both and they say Im not subscribed to them, and i have emails to support this. I was never subscribed to them!! Now I want to know, how can MTN AND? I have made SEVERAL calls to one2one and MTN to sort this out, sometimes the wait is so long, I just put the phone down. Ive also talked to an very arrogant RYAN at oneone and he promised to phone back, when i told him the companies say im not subscribed to them he said: That's what they say! Today I talked to Condlo at MTN: 11min (from my Vodacom-phone, so I PAY for this!) then i was disconnected, I phoned again talked to Rashelle at oneone: 18min. That is just TODAY! Ive made countless effort to sort this out.
