Wanna let the world know that there is quite a number of people who really know what customer service is.i've been phoning foschini one2one for 8days now trying to get my sim swap done and it only just happened today when i called foschini this morning and got a friendly response from the lady by the name Zola.it only took her 3hrs to get my sim card working again after serveral help from other people who never bothered to get back to me.isn't it shocking that some people really know customers service.
