I am very upset with One2One, I have my BIS services for my blackberry with them. My services were cut off on Monday, nobody at the organisation made contact with me. I called the office yesterday because I thought maybe something is wrong with my phone only to be told by Rochelle at One2One that when I renewed my contract in May the system never picked that up and cancelled my services. That is simply unacceptable as I have my entire family on contract and I am more than likely going to cancel all of them at the end of term. I receive my business e-mails on my phone and I have been inconvenienced tremendously. No amount of apologies will rectify the situation, I need it resolved immediately!
