Cell C - Bad Service

My Cell C contract expired 29 April 2013. Two weeks prior to the expiry I went to the Cell C branch in Vincent Park, East London to cancel my subscription. The gentlemen at the counter gave me a cancellation form to complete and he assured me that they would send it to head office. They deducted money in May and June by debit order and I was horrified! I emailed them on numerous occasions with failure of anyone responding, yet their reply emails stated differently. July 12th I receive an email saying my contract has been cancelled on 26 June!!! I cancelled my subscription 2 weeks prior to the expiry date!!! How could they still deduct money 2 months after my contract expired! I feel ROBBED!!! Worse service ever!
