ONE2ONE THE POOREST SERVICE

THIS IS ONE OF THE MOST FRUSTRATING SERVICES THAT FOSCHINI GROUP DECIDED TO DO AN INJUSTICE TO THEMSELVES. THEY DONT HAVE ANY IDEA WHAT THE WORD CUSTOMER SERVICE MEANS. FIRST OF ALL THEY DISCONNECTED MY BIS WITHOUT NOTIFICATION DUE TO AN ERROR THAT OCCURRED IN THEIR ACCOUNTS DEPARTMENT. NO PROBLEM OFMINE AS MY ACCOUNT GETS DEBITED EVERY MONTH ON MY FOSCHINI'S ACCOUNT. SECONDLY THEY RECEIVED NOTIFICATION FROM FOSCHINIS STORE ABOUT MY SIM SWAP OLD ONE DAMAGED LAST THURSDAY ON THE 24TH OCT. AND I WAS TOLD 24-48HRS FOR RE-CONNECTION. STILL NOT ON AND ITS NOW 30TH OCT. I CALLED FOSCHINI THEY TOLD ME CALL ONE2ONE AND I WAS INFORMED BY ONE2ONE FOSCHINI'S DID NOT NOTIFY THEM. FOSCHINI THEN CALLED ME BACK AND SAID ONE2ONE SAID I CANCELLED MY CONTRACT. THAT IS CORRECT BUT WHAT HAS THAT GOT TO DO WITH RE-INSTATING MY SIM WHICH INCIDENTALLY IS MY NUMBER I HAVE HAD FOR YEARS AND HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH THEM OTHER THEN LOADING AIRTIME. I HAVE HANDED THIS OVER TO FOSCHINI CUSTOMER SERVICE AND WOULD ADVISE ANYONE OUT THERE NOT TO DEAL WITH ONE2ONE AS THEY AS THE MOST IMCOMPETENT COMPANY WHICH FOSCHINS HAD THE MISFORTUNE OF DEALING WITH AND NOW THEIR CUSTOMERS.
